Contingent Search
Our research capabilities, industry expertise, extensive network of contacts, and unfaltering determination allows us to find the top performers that best fit your particular requirements. There are no upfront costs to our contingency searches, clients are only billed when a candidate we introduce you to is hired.
Retained Search
This is an option for clients who have critical roles that require special attention. Generally, a portion of our fee is collected up front and the remainder paid upon completion of the search. Retained searches receive priority and often have very specific parameters as well as metrics which are regularly reported back to our engaged clients.
Contract Staffing
