For the past 12 years, I had been in a sales support and administrative assistant position with a large mortgage lender. I enjoyed being the “go to” person and providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, along with managing the office.
At Winona Search Group, I continue to give the best service available to the staff and clients of MRINetwork. By assisting with all aspects of administrative and sales support duties, I allow our staff to spend more time serving their clients and growing their business. I support our staff of Account Executives and Project Recruiters, by conducting market research, database management, maintenance of office metrics, and providing client and candidate backup. I am excited to be working with this team and look forward to contributing to the success of our clients, candidates, and recruiters.
